DMNR Studio is designed as a natural light space.

Studio lighting equipment is not supplied as part of the hire. Clients are welcome to bring and use their own lighting equipment.

Natural light conditions vary throughout the day and are dependent on weather conditions.

The space is filled with beautiful natural light throughout the day.

The brightest and most direct light occurs from midday through to late afternoon.

Morning light is soft, diffused and low contrast. Ideal for lifestyle and portrait imagery.

Golden hour is particularly beautiful, with warm, directional light creating an editorial feel.

Please note that natural light conditions will vary depending on the season, weather, and time of day.

DMNR Studio is available for bookings 7 days a week, from 4:00am to 11:00pm, including all public holidays.

Whether you're capturing sunrise content, working with natural light throughout the day, or shooting into the evening, the studio offers flexible access to suit your production schedule.

For easy unloading, vehicles may temporarily pull up directly in front of the roller door to load and unload equipment, props and products.

Guest parking is available at the rear of the complex, with ample street parking also available nearby.

We kindly ask that vehicles are moved to a designated parking space once unloading is complete to keep access clear for other tenants and visitors.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us as early as possible.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking start time, or failure to attend the booking, will incur the full booking fee.

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these cancellation and rescheduling terms.

Your booking includes setup and pack-down time.

You’re welcome to arrive 10 minutes early to unload equipment, set up, and get comfortable before your session begins.

Absolutely. DMNR Studio is available for a range of private events, workshops, brand launches, networking events, content days, and creative activations.
